1. Partaking in monthly planning for B&P unit intake & Working in Progress (WIP).

2. Manage customer complaints.

3. To explain all repairs and services conducted in detail to customer (including vehicle inspection with customer), fill-up customer feedback form and settlement of payment and all documentation during the delivery process, as per SOP and WPC.

4. To prepare the correct repair estimate, with support from relevant departments, and obtain customer’s approval prior to conducting the repairs/ service works.

5. Ensure all standard guidelines & procedures are implemented & followed.

6. Managing vehicle info (check-in date, insurance, promised completion date)

7. Managing & monitoring Follow-Up calls by Claim Advisors

8. organise & manage day to day function of the workshop

9. Prepare monthly reports

10. Address B&P-related problems and suggest prompt solutions.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
