Manage the kitchen operations to ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and operating procedures as well as guarantee highest guest satisfaction.
- Conduct quality check and fine tuning to ensure all products served are in-line with the recipes, portions and method are according to the menu development standard.
- Support R&D team on sensory evaluations for new raw material replacement or new products
- Responding to the findings of sensory and taste panels and interpretation of the sensory evaluation results.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/HOD
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a chef.
- Proficiency in standard computer skills, including MS programs and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in group settings and one-on-one interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with all employees, co-workers, and customers.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
