Job Overview:
The Aftersales & Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers post-sales, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing technical queries related to electric motorcycles. This role involves managing aftersales services, assisting customers with technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience in the electric vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:

- Assist customers with service-related requests, warranty claims, and technical inquiries.

2. Technical Assistance:

- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues related to electric motorcycle systems and components.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to resolve complex technical problems.

3. Aftersales Service Coordination:

- Coordinate aftersales service appointments and repairs for customers.
- Communicate service schedules, procedures, and updates to customers and service technicians.

4. Parts and Inventory Management:

- Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts and accessories for service and maintenance.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of required parts.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and technical support cases.
- Generate reports on aftersales and technical support activities for analysis and improvement.

6. Training and Knowledge Sharing:

- Stay updated on the latest product features, updates, and technical advancements in electric motorcycles.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on common technical issues and solutions.

7. Quality Assurance:

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of aftersales services and technical support provided.
- Implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

8. Collaboration with Other Departments:

- Collaborate with the aftersales and technical teams to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on recurring technical issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field with more than 2 years of working experience.
- Proven experience in aftersales support and technical assistance, preferably in the electric vehicle industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electric motorcycle systems and components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with aftersales service software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
