**Primary Objective**:

- Oversee and manage In-house Restructuring & Rescheduling cases for both secured and unsecured consumer portfolios.
- Work closely with AKPK to work out optimum restructuring and rescheduling plans that best meet customers’ and RHB’s interest.
- To ensure close monitoring/ tracking of recovery process and ensuring the SLA are achieved.
- Ensure fluent operation of R&R and AKPK related matter for all secured & unsecured consumer portfolios for Retail Collection & Recovery.
- Overall management of acceptable TAT.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor Restructuring & Rescheduling (R&R) for both secured & unsecured consumer portfolios on FRS & AKPK accounts to maximize recoveries.
- To formulate & improvise & implement strategies to increase productivity & effectiveness of the Circle.
- To handle daily operational matter, review proposals, exercise discretion to provide approval as per matrix.
- To execute strategies set and increase recoveries to meet objectives and targets.
- Ensure R&R & AKPK customers are fully declassified after cooling period
- Manage R&R and bad debts account (AKPK & FRS) in order to assist management to improve in term of CA & BDR.
- To review monthly statistic on the R&R portfolios on FRS & AKPK accounts performance to related party.
- To ensure appeals, negotiations and evaluations quality are attended within the TAT.
- Manage on-going projects, initiate new projects and other initiatives in order to improve recoveries.
- Assist UAT testing for system enhancement.
- Ensure the team comply with compliance, audit and BNM’s guideline.
- Regularly review staff performance and to ensure staff achievement is above target - with recognition / rewards / incentive and continuously challenge status quo as well as research, develop and implement best-in-class practices within the section.
- As a liaison person to liaise with external parties i.e. AKPK, Solicitors and vendor to ensure all target, SLA, work related process complete within TAT
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Degree holder in Business Administration on any related field..
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Collection and Recovery in financial institution.

Knowledgeable on Statutory requirements eg. National Land, Civil Procedures & Foreclosure proceedings, BNM guidelines, eg. Fair Debts Collection, IFSA, FSA and etc.
- Good leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to train and drive performance.
- Able to work under pressure.

Knowledge on recovery policies and strategies, BNM guidelines, Bank policies, recovery system and process.
