**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist doctor in all _**aesthetics and cosmetic procedures**_.
- Demonstrate _**excellent customer service.**_
- Provide _**professional skincare counselling to patient.**_
- _**Front desk reception duties, patient registrations, and appointment arrangement**_
- Maintain _**general cleanliness and neatness of the product, store, and treatment rooms.**_
**Other Duties**:
- Assisting patient on _**registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room.**_
- Assist doctor with _**examinations and routine procedures.**_
- Assist in preparing and _**dispensing medications (To check with branch director)**_
- Assist _**in/clinical procedures/operate medical equipment with care and professionalism.**_
- _**Answering and handling incoming calls**_ on inquires accordingly.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum with _**Certificate in any field or equivalent.**_
- Required language(s): _**Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.**_
- At least_**2 years **_of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess _**good interpersonal and communication skills**_.
- _**Computer literate.**_
- Possess _**own transport **_
