We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer having 3+ years of experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing responsive user interface components using React concepts.
- Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating wireframes into high quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across an array of browsers
- Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

Minimun Requirements
- **3+ years** in React.js Development

**Core Requirements**
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Familiarity with code versioning tools Git

**Preferred Competency Requirements**
- Experience in any wireframing tool
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
