Billing Assistant

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Experience in a clerical, logistics, or customer service role, ideally with transportation environment.
- Proficiency in database management and document handling software.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes and discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Document Verification**: Verify and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure that all proof of delivery documents are collected and match the company records.
- **Data Entry**: Enter delivery details into the company’s database. Ensure accuracy of all data entries related to shipment and delivery statuses.
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipping documents and delivery proofs. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to clarify and rectify issues.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on delivery status, discrepancies, and resolutions for management review.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
