**JOB RESPONSIBILITES**
- Plan and lead a production team to achieve production output and meet the quality standards on budget.
- Responsible for daily production operations and increase daily productivity and quality standard.
- Maintain all equipment to support operational requirement and production target.
- Collaborate with the management to achieve the production goal quality standard.
- Enforce product quality and improve product costs.

**Job Requirement**
- Must familiar with furniture construction.
- Minimum 5 years production supervisor experience.
- strong leadership skills and result-oriented.
- Experience working in a multi
- cultural environment
- Planning, organizing, decision-making and trouble shooting skills
- Attention to details and quality control.
- Verbal, written communication skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar
- Required language(s): Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
