* **Managed Services and RixVoice Introduction**
- Mass calling to corporate clients to share ourIT Managed Servoces RixVoice and related services
- Understanding corporate client current utilities and matched solutions to client environment, with clear supporting explanations
- Arrangement of appointments for Singapore Project Team to do survey and upselling
- Follow company procedure to submit closed case.
- After sales follow up and upselling

**Singtel Coordination**
- Mapping appropriate Singtel Telephony and Data connectivity client network
- Utilisation of Singtel system to upgrade or renew circuits promptly
- Follow Singtel procedure to submit closed case

**Services**
**- **Maintaining pleasant relationship with client and build good rapport
- Dynamically develop new business to expand client base to achieve weekly and monthly sales actvities,

Handling client objections professionally with positive attitude
- Coordination between various stakeholders on Project Pre and Post implementation
- Ensure uptime and performance of client site equipment and connectivity
- Ensure service report sign off upon project handover
- Send technical documentations and operation manuals
- Post deployment customer services and support

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business/Engineering/Technology/Telecommunications
- Experience in Telesales for corporate client is compulsory
- Corporate End User environment with focus in Small and Medium Enterprises
- Providing solutions and advice to end users on system related issues
- Working with buddy on products knowledge and to resolve technical glitches
- Initiating continuous study for solutions knowledge and to address client concerns efficiently
- Basic network Know_how and Jargon- **Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
