We are looking for a dynamic and talented Power BI Developer to join our global team - AI, Data & Analytics Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that support business needs in global reporting. You will collaborate closely with Business Process Owners to analyze reporting requirements and transform them into visually appealing and insightful Power BI reports and analytics.

Responsibility
- Collaborate with business to understand their requirement, ensure alignment and successful implementation of Power BI solutions.
- Document and communicate the requirements with AIDA team members to identify the gaps and feasibility
- Design, develop, and maintain reports by utilizing tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, Oracle, Power Query, etc.
- Manage Power BI Service components such as data gateway, data sources, refresh schedule, data flow, etc.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues raised by business users
- Answer inquiries from AIDA team members and business users as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Power BI features, changes, and best practices

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with more than 2 years of Power BI experience and/or programming
- Strong proficiency in Power BI report development, including DAX formulas, data modeling, and visualization technique
- Familiarity with Power BI administration tasks, such as managing workspaces, gateways, apps, dataflows, and refresh configurations.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer/Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of data modeling
- Proficient in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- SQL, DAX, Power Query M, PowerShell, or other languages
- Power BI Data Marts, Data Flows
- Power BI Connector Development
- Power BI Premium Capacity Administration

**Additional Information**

- Knowledge of SQL Server
- REST API

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly communicate well in both written and spoken English.
- Japanese language is a plus but not mandatory.
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Self-motivated, and willing to take challenges
- Willing to work in different time zones when needed as many of our colleagues and business users are in different offices in the world
- Passion to learn new IT Technologies
