Ensure all in-coming quality inspection (Raw Materials and Packaging Materials) are taken in place and in compliance with Food Safety requirements.
- Supervise in-coming technician to ensure smooth operation of in-coming activities and on-time release of raw and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with related stakeholders (i.e. Warehouse, Production, RND) for troubleshooting issues related to incoming control, initiate root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective and preventive action.
- Responsible to communicate with suppliers for any non-conformance issue or improvement actions and closely follow-up on CAR closure.
- Ensure expired ingredient program is carried out in place, handling of damage products and on-hold materials are in control.
- Support in new RM evaluation and/or evaluation of new materials or materials from alternate vendors, based on agreed specification.

Key Requirements:
- Experiences in production and/or QA, preferably with 1-2 years manufacturing experiences in food industry
- Diploma in Food Science & Nutrition/Food Technology
- Possess analytical skills and knowledge in food safety and quality management.
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin would be preferable
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizing and planning skills
- Good in problem solving, critical thinking and assertive in decision making
- Management skills on tasks and people
- The incumbent has to work influentially with cross functional stakeholders, i.e. HODs, for in-coming related matters.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
