Sleeping Director

**Job Summary**:
As a Sleeping Director, the primary responsibility is to represent the interests of the nominating entity while ensuring legal compliance, participating in board meetings, and safeguarding sensitive information.

**Key Duties**:

- Visa Processing Support: Assist the company in processing visas for its employees, ensuring compliance with immigration and visa regulations. This involves liaising with relevant authorities and providing guidance to expedite the visa process.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the company's adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, serving as a custodian of corporate governance by overseeing compliance matters and advising on necessary actions.
- Board Participation: Actively attend and participate in board meetings, contributing insights and viewpoints that align with the company's and nominating entity's interests.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company information with the utmost discretion, preventing its disclosure to the nominating entity without proper authorization to protect the company's interests.
