**Responsibilities**:

- Perform standard maintenance, repair & overhaul work on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including diesel & electrical forklifts.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship to minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs & inspections, meeting departmental standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct accurate troubleshooting on MHE and communicate required work & replacement parts recommendations to Team Controllers/ Customers.
- Complete and submit work reports for each serviced equipment and unit.
- Adhere to defined guidelines regarding Safety, Orderliness, etc.
- Fulfill ad-hoc duties assigned by Superiors.

**Job Requirements**
- Possession of a Class 3 Driving License and proficiency in electrical work.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (in electrical/diesel forklift/automotive/industrial equipment).
- Strong communication skills.
- NITEC Automotive/Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to support standby shifts for 2 weeks every quarter, including weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,300.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
