To ensure that the reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
- To manage all incoming/ outgoing telephone calls.
- To ensure that the phone system/ lines are in good working order and to report your superior any problems encountered.
- To ensure that all messages are accurately recorded and passed
- on to the person concerned.
- To collect, sort and distribute all in-coming mail from the Ground floor mail box.
- To arrange and co-ordinate the delivery of outgoing mail/parcels/courier, etc with the dispatch clerk.
- To punctually inform our tea lady to serve drink to our guests in the meeting room as required.
- To performing typing when required (eg address for envelopes/ labels, documents, etc)
- To perform other duties assigned to you from time to time by your superior or senior management.
- Able to work in Jalan Pahang (KL) & Taman Jaya (PJ)
- Able to start work immediately.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
