Act as main resource to resolve SMT process control issues. - Assist process improvement to meet production, quality and safety and cost improvement and safety. - Lead new product inspection profile defined and trial run. - Manage and dispose production abnormal inspection issue in SMT process. - Work with other function team for continuous process and equipment improvement. - Standardize SMT inspection process specification and documentation
