Machinist (Labuan)

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to operate manual machines such as mill, lathe, & surface grinder.
- Able to use micrometer, caliper, and gauges.
- Able to read and interprets part drawings.
- Position is open to Malaysian only
- Posses minimum Certificate in Machining or equivalent.

**Job Scopes**:

- Operates manual machines such as mill, lathe, & surface grinder.
- Utilize measuring tools such as micrometer, caliper, and gauges.
- Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
- Reads and interprets part drawings.
- Uses gauges, measuring instruments, inspection tools to meet specific tolerance requirements.
- Recognizes, deploys and proper uses of cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling.
- Maintains equipment and ensures work area is always clean and safe.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To assist relevant department to touch up and modify jig & fixture and machinery parts as requested.
- To perform the machine maintenance for tool shop and safe keeping all the tooling especially match metal tooling.
- To perform proper maintenance and servicing for all the punching dies and tooling returned from production.
- To issue tooling to production according to production schedule.
- To ensure quality the system is implemented, and all records are updated.
- Execute job duties assigned by immediate superior.

- Monday to Friday from 8 a.m to 5 p.m
- Saturday from 8 a.m to 1 p.m
