Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed design drawings using Revit MEP up to LOD 400 including Revit parametric Family creation

2. Modelling the Conduit runs, conduit Racks, Cable trays, Panels/switch gear/Equipment ceiling with all lighting fixtures.

3. Modelling the HVAC Ducting, Plumbing Piping, Fire protection System, equipment and technical piping etc.,

4. Understanding the Electrical, Mechanical design intents to convert the 2D drawings to 3D revit modelling

5. Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.

6. Develops 2D installation drawings and detail drawings from 3D model or sketches

7. Generating sections/schedules/schematics in models.

8. Interface with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modeling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and delivery.

9. Learn to use tools such as Navisworks for clash detections among all trade models (MEP)

10. Draughting of Mechanical building services (Aircond, fire protection, plumbing etc) using Autocad.

**Requirements**:

- Required skills: Cad Software, Microsoft Word & Excel (Computer literate)
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Application is open for BIM Modeler cum M&E Drafter with 1 year experience.
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Full-time position available
- Monday to Friday. Cumulative of 8 working hours a day.
