Responsible in keeping financial records updated

Responsible to manage accounting system (SmartSQL) and cashier system (SmartPOS)

Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements report

Key in accounts' data and suppliers' invoices

Involve with third parties - Banks (Deposit cash), District Council, etc

Do administrative works; prepare correspondence, filing documents, provide staff agreements

Ability to perform simple accounting procedures.

Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures.

Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.

Records maintenance skills.

Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.

Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

Account balancing skills.

Ability to prepare financial reports.

Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and practices
