Supporting the work of supervising the process of storing goods, disbursing and routing the car on a daily basis. to be accurate reduce the loss and most effective.
- Conduct communications with customers and relevant parties in all channels. to give advice and solve basic problems in terms of receiving - delivering good.
- Responsible for checking customer information to be accurate according to standards and on time as specified by the company.
- Responsible for data recording and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports Both in the part of the parcel that has problems with delivery, left over or other related problems. And there is a quick solution to immediate problems. in order to be able to deliver parcels on time.
- Analyze the problem and performance To offer solutions for shipping problems to be more efficient and effective.
- Responsible for summarizing the daily turnover. and examine the orderliness of the financial system within the responsible branch and communicate with branches Including the supervisors know to assess the efficiency of daily operations.
- Prepare information related to personnel management. In terms of scheduling work supervision and presented to the commander for joint management allowing employees to work at full efficiency.
- Supervise the training of working standards for subordinates. To ensure that they can work efficiently and are ready to migrate. or appointment in the future.
- Study and follow up on new knowledge technologies. Related to be applied in the administration effectively.
- Work and other projects As assigned by the commander.

At least 1 year experience in branch management of operations department in Express business or other related businesses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Up to RM2,200.00 per month
