Basic knife skills with a Minimum of 1-year experience in a Western Food Restaurant - Able to follow instructions and communicate well - Clean up the station and take care of leftover food - Stock inventory appropriately - Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion - Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers - Able to maintain clean food stations to ensure food safety standards. - Expected to communicate effectively with their team, manager, and front-of-house staff. - Able to coordinate with other line cooks to make sure that meals come out warm, consistent, and on time. - Expected to perform other duties asked of them by management.
