**Full job description**
- Responsible for uploading product listings to all E-Commerce platforms (Oneclick, Tiktok, Shopee, & Lazada) within the given time frame.
- Responsible for creating product images based on the unique selling points/features of the product.
- Ensure all uploaded product listings adhere to platform requirements.
- Ensure all product images comply with platform guidelines.
- Handle administrative tasks, especially in cross-border E-Commerce, including creating purchase orders, invoices, updating inventory, and preparing reports.
- Track and manage orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to provide support in setting up livestreams and also host livestreams when needed.
- Generate different types of weekly reports using Excel.
- Create WhatsApp broadcast messages and Facebook captions.

**Requirements**:

- Middle-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Sheets is required.
- Excel, slide creation and formatting in PowerPoint, and basic data entry and manipulation skills in Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, multitask, and work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
