IT Lead

[RN] Our client is 1 of the plastic recycling company leader in Msia.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Mobile Application and Web Portal Development**:
Collaborate with team members/stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

**2.** **Mobile Application and Web Portal Maintenance**:
**3.** **IT Infrastructure Management**:
Oversee the management of all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.

**4.** **IoT Strategy and Implementation**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive IoT strategy to integrate smart technologies into our manufacturing and operational processes.

**5.** **Industry 4.0 Transition**:
Lead the company's transition to Industry 4.0, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.

**6.** **Cybersecurity**:
Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's digital assets, especially as new IoT devices are integrated.

**7.** **Content Management**:
Regularly update information and other relevant content as needed.

**8.** **Verification and Security**:
Oversee the registration and verification process for users, verifying their credentials and ensuring their authenticity.

**9.** **Sustainability**:
Select and implement IoT solutions that are energy-efficient and align with our sustainability goals.

**10.** **Team Leadership**:
Build and manage a high-performing IT team, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in implementing IoT solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for mobile app development and web development.
- Experience with mobile app development frameworks, knowledge of mobile app architecture, and API integration.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and sustainability best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
