- To report all daily sales (Malaysia Origin) on MPOB website - E-registration (average 150 transactions per month)
- To report all sales on a monthly basis on MPOB website - e-Oleo and e-Peniaga
- To report all import transactions on a monthly basis in MPOB - EQ3
- Scanning of supplier invoices into Open Text for finance payment
- To assist in administration works - deployment of new laptops, replenishment of stationery and pantry items, as a facilitator within staffs and service provider for IT issues (server, Wi-Fi and CCTV), new assets tagging and etc.
- Renewal of all office licensing and contracts related to Oleon AP office
- To take care of maintenance for office equipment and machineries
- To liaise with external office cleaners for daily tasks
- To assist Customer Service:
Order processing and prepare shipping documents (access to SAP
and OTM platform)
To scan shipping documents into Open Text

- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply, those with the right attitude, willingness and humility to learn
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to start work immediately
