**Full Job Description**
- Persuade, negotiate and push for payment arrangement.
- Perform daily outbound call to notify customers of delinquent account regarding outstanding and overdue payment.
- Effectively follow-up call to get payment from debtors.

**Requirement**
- Minimum requirements:

- SPM without experience training will be provided.
- Diploma and above without experience training will be provided.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Target oriented and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills.
- Good working attitude, passionate, self-motivated and able to communicate well with people of all levels.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Fresh graduate with good communication skills will be encourage

**Minimum requirements**:

- Basic education.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in any fields.
- Manage customer/clients professionally. Training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or other language.
- Target oriented and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to start work immediately.
