**Role Description**:

- Promoting and recommending on machine-based treatments, slimming techniques, hair removal, hair loss treatments, fillers, botox, thread lifts, and more
- Provide top notch customer service to build customer loyalty
- Diligently follow up with new and existing customers
- Able to upsell products and treatment packages according to customers needs
- Able to perform facials/ treatment to patients.
- Assist Doctor in treatment and consultation room
- Provide full support on matters related to clinic operation
- Perform other appropriate task and duties assigned within the realm of employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities

- 推广和推荐机器治疗、减肥技术、脱毛、脱发治疗、填充剂、肉毒杆菌、埋线提升术等
- 能够根据客户需求追加销售产品和治疗套餐
- 能够为客户进行面部护理/治疗
- 协助医生处理治疗和咨询室

**Requirements**:

- Highly independent and Excellent in communication skills
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
- Sales oriented and customer focus
- Able to work on weekends and public holiday
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin Malay
- Mandarin speaker and written will be advantage

- 良好的英语、马来语口语和书写能力
