Provide 1st level support for IT operations including IT system and equipment in the company.
- Deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that any issues are logged, prioritized and resolved within agreed time frame.
- Provide proactive technical support to prevent errors re-occurring.
- Follow up and keep all users concerned on the progress of incidents/cases.
- Escalate to next level of support where necessary.
- Maintain records of IT Equipment.
- Maintain and update disk image (Ghost).
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and IT PPM schedule.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices and networking hardware products.
- To perform other job related duties as directed/ requested by management from time to time.
