Account Executive

Overseeing day-to-day accounting functions and ensure processes and procedures are complied with.
- Maintain proper record keeping, document management and filing.
- Monitors weekly cash flow management.
- Maintain and update necessary accounting & admin records such as reports, cash book, petty cash book, cheque issuance, invoices, filings and etc.
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, reports, and other financial records for entry into computer software.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amount and records are correct.
- Managing petty cash transaction.
- Organize work schedules and set priorities to meet monthly reporting deadlines
- Ensure compliance with regulations, taxation, audit and statutory reporting in Malaysia.
- Resolves complex accounting issues or assists Company’s personnel in resolving financial issues.
- Liaise with other departments on financial and accounting matters.
- Key data in SQL Software.
- Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in accounting field;
- Mandarin (required)
- Familiar with accounting software, preferably SQL;
- Good in Excel & Google Spreadsheet;
- Good interpersonal & communication skills;
- Initiative, responsible and good working attitude.
- Able to multi-task and work independently;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to details
**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
