**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Invoice Creation**: Generate and send invoices and statements to customers.
- **Data Verification**: Check data inputs to ensure the accuracy of final invoice.
- **Payment Tracking**: Monitor payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- **Issue Reporting**: Report any billing issues or irregularities to the manager.
- **Billing Error Resolution**: Fix billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- **Customer Queries**: Handle clients' account queries professionally and efficiently.
- **Process Improvement**: Initiate and implement new billing procedures to enhance efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma required; an associate's degree in accounting is preferred.
- **Experience**: At least two years of clerical office or administrative experience; experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- **Mathematical Skills**: Strong mathematics and problem-solving abilities.
- **Deadline Management**: Ability to consistently meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Customer Service**: Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
