**Job Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the computer system of our tuition centre, ensuring its smooth operation and functionality. If you have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of, this position is perfect for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance and updates on our computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any software or hardware issues that may arise
- Provide technical support to staff and students with computer-related inquiries
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Familiarize yourself with Google Sheets and utilize its formulas for data analysis and reporting
- Work from home, providing remote support when necessary
- Embrace flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of the tuition centre

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, software troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of formulas and functions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist staff and students

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
