**Marketing and Content Creator - Team Leader**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and original content across various forms, including videos, social media posts, short videos, live sessions, reels, and more, to promote our company and our clients' brands.
- Strategically manage and grow our presence on multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc., ensuring content is tailored to each platform's unique audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, incorporating innovative strategies into our marketing efforts to increase engagement and reach.
- Develop content strategies that align with our company’s and clients' objectives, brand identity, and target audience preferences.
- Analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback to foster a positive brand image and customer relationship.
- Work closely with the management team and take lead in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content and marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or relevant field is preferred.
- A passion for digital marketing and content creation, with a keen interest in staying ahead of trends in social media and online marketing.
- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging content for a variety of media and platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of conveying messages in a compelling and creative manner.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and the ability to adapt content and strategies for each platform.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for projects, while also being an effective team player.
- Creative, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
