Kepong, Malaysia GINTELL (M) SDN BHD Full time

This position will be based in **TENANCY** Department
- Tenancy administrative works documentation and preparation of tenancy SOP. (New Tenancy and Renewal Tenancy Procedure)
- Close account/Termination of tenancy - preparation of termination, do refund payment, and matching statement of account
- Ad-hoc duties as be may assigned by the manager from time to time.
- General administations which include filing of hardcopy and soft copy documents, making sure filling system is systematic and documents are easily accessible.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration/Accounting.
- Have basic accounting.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling tenancy.
- Good in communication and writing skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Power point.

Working days : Monday to Friday 8.30am -6.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
