Working Hours : (Monday - Friday) (9am till 6pm)

Working Place : 10 Boulevard, Kayu Ara, Petaling Jaya

Job Responsibilities:
Conveyancing Clerk
- handle conveyancing matters including subsale, transfer, perfection of transfer, discharge of charge and loan documentations.
- ⁠able to do stamping, conducting search, filing of ckht, presentation in land office
- To provide assistance and support to the lawyers;
- To monitor and follow up closely with all files, attending to client correspondences, report and update to lawyers and partners;
- To liaise with clients, bankers, developers and various governmental bodies;
- to handle litigation matter if needed;
Requirement:

- Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or equivalent required.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel and MS Word.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong proficiency in spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Preferably with atleast two years similar working experience

Ability to work independently.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Willing to Learn and able to work under stress

salary: RM2500-RM3000

Start from 1st June, 2024

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- Mandarin (required)

Expected Start Date: 06/03/2024
