1. Receive all incoming goods and verify against the purchase order for quantity and specification. 2. Responsible for the identification and proper arrangement of raw materials and finished goods. 3. Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished goods are maintained with proper handling and storage. 4. Keep up-to-date the stock record of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods. 5. Accountable for the stock balance of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods. 6. Liaise with Purchasing and Sales Departments to ensure raw materials & finished goods dispatch requirements are met. 7. Ensure the raw materials & finished goods dispatched are securely packed in order to avoid any potential damage in goods transit. 8. Liaise with QA Department on quality problems of raw materials finished goods and take necessary corrective actions to prevent a recurrence. 9. Prepare the packing list and loading summary in order to generate delivery orders and sales invoices. 10. To perform packing for finished goods. 11. Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products. 12. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks. 13. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation 13. To handling scrap materials. 14. To perform other jobs instructed by the superior.
