QA Manager

Lead and manage the QA Dept and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements.
- To implement preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming products
- Responsible for production raw material testing and other related testing and ensure testing is in compliance to internationally accepted guidelines.
- Conduct investigation and prepare report and explanation letter for any quality issue raised/ customer complaint.
- Monitor all quality related improvement programs in the factory, ensure keep in track for equipment calibration (internal and external).
- Able to keep up to date all quality related documents, record, report, checking, analysis and other proper documents.
- To assist in the validation study activities and establishing and verifying SOPs, forms, records and manuals.
- Maintain Food Safety documentation and act as document controller
- Liaise with external service provider for verification testing and calibration
- Perform scheduled GMP inspection in the premise
- Prepare COA and update related SOP and manuals
- To participate and assist in external and internal audit as well as to ensure daily activities are in accordance with Company’s HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO and FSSC best practice.
- Quality Assurance (QA) & customer expectations and follow up on all food safety and quality issues or improvement arise.
- To reports and coordinates all initiations of corrective and/or preventive actions in response to any identified non-conformances, customer complaints, and potential food hazards.
- To conduct training on quality/food safety management system related topic.
- To carry out research on regulatory requirements for domestic and export countries when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree and equivalent
- Must have knowledge HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO & FSSC
- At least 2 years of working experience in F&B industry
- Equipped with computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point). - Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to multitask
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
