Telesales Executive

**Position: Telesales Executive**

**Tenure : 1 year Contract - Renewable**

**Working Location: Bandar Utama**

**Working hour: Standard**

**Salary : Rm 4000 + Commission**

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services.
- Achieve given sales target, prepare and present reports, proposals and sales forecast in a timely manner
- Responsible for key accounts management, handling customer requirements and work with related support teams
- Maintain existing corporate accounts and develop new business opportunities in the targeted market and convert prospect into sales
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Participates actively in Principal and partner activities
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop or seminar to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Contribution in sales and marketing activities ( event, marketing ideas, sales initiative )
- Complete sales operational requirement by scheduling and follow up on work result ( postponement class, no show, customer feedback )
- Other tasks assigned as and when required

Job requirement
- 2 - 4 years of experience.
- Diploma and above

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Utama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
