Update the MD’s schedules and provide/assist him with timely reminders
- Drafting and vetting of various types of correspondences / Agreements and contracts as required by MD
- Drafting letters on behalf of MD and maintaining records
- Responsible for providing administrative support with polish, proficiency and discretion to the MD
- Responsible in maintaining and monitoring timely Rental collection as well as Tenancy Management of the MD’s properties
- Responsible in overseeing and ensuring MD’s banking, accounting and tax declaration are accurately and properly executed
- Responsible in managing MD’s other Personal Assistant matters
- Any other task/duties assigned by the MD from time to time
**Requirement**
- Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Basic knowledge of office administration/business operations.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Meticulous and able to handle multi-functional / routine tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
