**We are looking for**: Facilities Technician (WWT/RODI)
**Location**: Bayan Lepas, Penang
**Working Hours**: Normal (5 days/week)

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assists the Facilities Chemical Engineer in providing facilities support and service to Client in their own designated role.

To ensure KM Reverse Osmosis and De-Ionized (RODI), Waste Water Treatment (WWT), Reclaim Water System, Industrial Gasses and Bulk Chemical system reliability in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures,
specifications, safety and system requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance.

Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.

Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.

Interface directly with clients to identify and analyse critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process

Perform daily/weekly facilities inspection and Rounds & Readings

To withdraw job request from OVSC (job request system) and execute with approval by client or the authorized person assigned by client.

24 hours on call standby which regarding critical equipment on below system:
Power system interruption (anything related to RODI / WWT system)

RODI / WWT system abnormality monitoring and protection system.

Water leaks detection system abnormal.

Any alarm or tripping from above mention.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES
Diploma/ Certificate in any Engineering or equivalent field

More than 2 years experience working as facility technician in WWT / RODI system

Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
