**Job Responsibility**
- administrative support to a team
- smooth winning of a business
- to perform day-to-day operational administrative tasks
- handle daily incoming phone calls and what apps from customers
- issue invoices, DO for order processing including arranging delivery, documentation and, filing, stock control, etc
- update sales report, customers payment & follow up outstanding invoices
- assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary

**Job Requirements**
- SPM, STPM,UEC, Certificate/ Diploma or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Polite, friendly and pleasant looking.
- Ambitious, self motivated, and friendly to our customer

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
