Cafe Supervisor for a non-HALAL Cafe at Ipoh Garden East
- **Overview of responsibilities**:_
- Manage the café’s overall operation in terms of staffing and inventory.
- Schedule staff duty roster and delegate tasks; train and provide guidance to the team as needed.
- Monitor & maintain café’s cleanliness, quality and service standards.
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
- **Requirements**:_
- Strong leadership and organizational skills. Can speak and write in chinese would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge in operating a POS system and familiar with all aspects of running a restaurant/café
- A passion for food and delivering excellent customer service.
