Service Technician

**Desired Outcomes**

Ø PM / Cal for all Process, ANA Chem & Labtech equipment.

Ø Installation of equipment

Ø Cross Lead & trusted advisor

Ø Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue

Ø Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, calibration, verification, etc

Ø Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction

Ø Interact with customers’ technical teams

Ø Develop customer's staff by providing technical training.

Ø Self Development Plan : Problem solving skills.

Ø Self Improvement initiatives : Commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline.

**Mandatory**:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
- At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Possess own transport and willing to travel

**Preferred**:

- First hand understanding of technical equipment
- Knowledge of weighing or analytical instrument

**Salary**: Up to RM4,300.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Service technician: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
