Bandar Menjalara, Malaysia HASINA STAR CLEANING SERVICES Full time

Responsibilities & Tasks:
1. Work closely with Office, Clients and Team of Cleaners to oversee the
daily operations;
2. Update & Report on the daily task to the Office;
3. Check cleaning equipment condition;
4. Coach the Cleaning Team in daily basis before leaving for job at Client’s
place/site;
5. Handle complaints and feedback from clients;
6. Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when
needed;
7. Submit daily cleanliness report;
8. Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task;
9. To ensure all the events are held in accordance with the company policies and procedures;
10. Development and operation planning (daily / weekly / monthly);
11. Able to conduct short course training for the Cleaners;
12. To fulfil all Client’s needed.;
13. Salary disbursement and calculations to work with the Office;
14. To pick up and drop off the Cleaners

Job Requirements:
2. At least 1-3 years of working experiences in any related field; or Fresh Grad;
3. Able to use all Microsoft Application (Words / Excell);
4. Excellent communication, negotiation and people skills;
5. Strong time-management skills;
6. Possess in valid Malaysian Driving License;
7. Able to work in pressure environment, add hock task and supervising;
8. Must be able to Converse, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
9. Willing to travel within Klang Valley and/or Selangor area.
