**Responsibilities**:

- Provide logístical & administrative support to ensure daily order fulfillments are achieved at the required accuracy and efficiency (packed and shipped out on time).
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment (handover to courier) according to each eCommerce platform SLA.
- Ensure correct item, in good condition, and correct weight and pricing before execute cashier invoice with accurate data key-in to Finance system JemiSYS with proper documentation for safekeeping.
- Check customer remarks are taken into account.
- Check inclusion of Gift With Purchase (GWP) according to current campaign for each platform.
- Coordinate with 3rd party logistic couriers and internal departments to ensure timely pick-up / drop offs.
- Ensure each parcel is scanned by courier and proof of handover (courier manifest) signed for each handover and properly filed for safekeeping.
- Update and monitor daily reports via dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot issues related to picking, packing, invoicing and handover to courier.
- Support stock movement when required (physical inventory and Jemisys) i.e. stock in at the correct tray locations, stock out, and stock count activities.
- To ensure timely documentations and filings.
- Ensure all staff adheres to all security protocols at all times.
- Host live streams on various platforms, engage with viewers, promote products and track performance.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned from management and superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in admin/e-commerce role.
- Experience in conducting live host is an advantages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
