- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
- Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO (a comprehensive plan to get more visitors to your website through search engines) guidelines to optimize content
- Writing and reviewing content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) will catch maximum customer interest
- Identify customer's needs and recommend new topics. Coordinate with marketing to illustrate articles
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
- Work with the marketing department to get and understanding of the short term and long-term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly
- Optimize Search Engine Optimization driven content and increase the site traffic
- Collaborating with the team to decide the brand taglines, logo and other promotional material
- Measuring and monitoring company website and social media traffic statistics
- Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
- Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
- Update the website, social media and content pages periodically
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns
- Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
- Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
- Set specific marketing goals
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic

Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Digital Marketing

Experience: 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing. Fresh graduate also can apply.

Location: Senawang

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
