Millwright Supervisor

**Qualification**:

- Possess eight (8) years’ experience in industry as Millwright in Rotating Equipment and three (3) years works in oil & gas and/or Petrochemical industry.
- Minimum Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Equipped himself with alignment work skill with all know methods including laser and reverse dial method.
- Able to use specific measurement tools to measure all types of clearances in rotating equipment independent of any help.
- Interpreting the collected data and able to provide the necessary adjustment required at SITE.
- Fluent in English and Malay (Speaking and Writing).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/excel/Power point).
- Valid competency certificate from approved or accredited bodies.

**Job Purpose**:

- To check with Mechanical on equipment categories i.e. type of rotating equipment, critical non-critical.
- Perform site assessment and monitor pre, during and post mechanical activity.
- Participate in Risk assessment (RA), JHA and RCFA.
- Produce report daily basis or as per required for mechanical works activities.
- Perform and supervise the installation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring that it is properly aligned, calibrated, and functioning according to AFC drawings and specifications.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the team to implement solutions.
- Carry out inspection, servicing, overhaul, alignment, and testing as manufacturer’s recommendation or COMPANY procedures.
- Perform and supervise of millwright’s activity, ensuring that they are organized with Field Site Representative (FSR), and working efficiently to meet pre-comm acceptance.
- Review and follow highly technical and complex machinery manuals.
- Conduct in house training.
- Develop training modules.
