Food Technologist

'¢ Ensure food manufacturing process & facilities comply with Halal & GMP requirement as well as participate in appointed Halal & GMP, or other committees/ audits assigned. '¢ Assist with R&D of new products
- Create, maintain and secure all relevant R&D documentation i.e. formulations, manufacturing procedures and specifications. '¢ Develop working instruction and procedure for manufacturing -Drive, support, participate and abide with Product Development systems and procedures '¢ New Product Development '“ Technical lead and support in innovation project, participate in idea development, project management, recipe development, review of ingredients and process development or modification, support in sensory evaluation and conducting shelf-life studies whenever necessary. '¢ Provide relevant technical support and expertise regarding product, process, ingredients or food regulations as appropriate. '¢ Keep abreast with regulatory, industry and market food trends. '¢ ensuring quality of materials on yearly basis for raw material contracting. '¢ Support in manufacturing troubleshooting activities as well as providing support in ad hoc raw material supply shortage for business continuity. '¢ Support in domestic & export sensory validation processes. '¢ Providing administration support to Managers /Office staffs on administrative related support. '¢ To perform any other task as assigned by the superior/management.
