Responsibilities:

- QC/ QA

Responsible for IQC, IPQC & OQA

Maintain good lab practices for a glove manufacturing factory Coordination & support for lab equipment calibration (internal & external calibration) Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

Quality Management System

Responsible for writing/revised procedures and processes to support development of QMS.

Ensure all manufacturing processes and procedures meet the quality standard and regulation requirements Monitor and maintain the company document control system Preparation internal audit activities, involvement in Internal/External audit, act as internal auditor as nominated by company

Regulatory Affairs

To ensure all licenses are valid including Company's Establishment license, Notified Body certificate and product license Coordinate with suppliers and/or contract manufacturers to gather necessary technical information and documentation required for building the product's technical file Creating and Maintenance of Product Technical File update which is compliance with Local and NB requirements Tracking of compliance towards other regulatory requirements, not limited to environmental & social compliances

Qualification and Experience:
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
