- Familiar with laboratory manipulative techniques, and scientific methods and procedures will be an advantaged

- Resourceful, able to work under stress and to lead troubleshooting processes in the laboratory environment
- Applicants must be able to work independently, proactively and possess strong analytical skill
- Have good reporting skills and communication skills to work with all employees at different levels in the organization hierarchy
