Executive, Tax

**Functional Responsibility & Duties**
- Provide tax compliance services for AirAsia Berhad - including preparation of tax returns and tax estimates for review and approval by the management.
- Support in ensuring that tax credit set-off and tax refunds are expedited, where necessary.
- Support in the preparation of accurate indirect tax and withholding tax returns in a timely manner.
- Assist as part of the Tax team to propose and implement various tax strategies.
- Assist in the timely preparation and compilation of accurate documentation and information where requested by the local tax authorities.
- Establish and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with peers who are responsible for Finance and Accounting functions.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting and Finance or a professional qualification such as ACCA 1-2 years of relevant experience in a tax/accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of large corporations is preferred.
- Highly motivated individual with problem-solving skill with critical thinking mindset that can work independently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
