Prepare export invoice to meet country and customer requirement
- Responsible in completeness of shipping document (import/export/local) such as invoice, packing list, DO(local), bill of lading, certificate of origin, LC compliance, shipping instruction and etc
- Ensure document received before container arrived destination port (import and export)
- New incoming material to check HS Code with forwarding agent and update Finance Manager to update SST certificate.
- Liaise with finance team before release original shipping document to customer
- Track shipment status (import/export) and update if there have any delay shipment.
- Prepare monthly inventory FG report before pass to finance
- Liaise with freight forwarder/ shipping agent for freight cost quotation, cargo readiness, vessel schedule, shipment booking, import and export clearance process and etc
- Liaise with related supplier/internal sales/warehouse team to ensure all shipment are deliver on time,
- Ex work shipment - liaise with customer’s transporter on delivery timing
- Work with warehouse department in loading and unloading process to ensure meet shipment cut off time and product load in good condition.
- Always communicate with sales team on sales order and FG stock level
- Maintain good contact with transport company in ensuring prompt deliveries of container,
- Source new shipping agent based on quotations and comparison price.
- Liaise with related government if necessary - Ensure all document are up to date in system (SQL) - Perform ad hoc duties assigned time by time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistic: 1 year (preferred)
