**Job Description**:
Liaise with the management and other department to ensure the daily job runs smoothly including manning plan.
Kitchen porters wash and clean kitchen areas, including pots, pans, utensils, cutlery and dishes. They prepare the kitchen area before service, and receive and store supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of garbage room and ensure garbage drums are located at its designated location after clearance.
Make sure all the plates, trays, glassware, pots and pans are arranged in proper way.
Check sorting, pre-wash and stacking to see that the machine is running smoothly.
Ensure that the racks are not overloaded.
Control of detergent and compound use daily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
